My 2017 Bucket List

Below is a list of things I want to achieve before the clock strikes 12 on December 31st.

  1. Get my butt to Cambodia to visit my brother
  2. Read a new book every month (suggested by Skylar, but mum says at least 3 need to be her recommendations)
  3. Climb Mount Warning
  4. Climb Mount Tibrogargan
  5. Go on the Toowong Cemetery ghost tour
  6. Learn to make naan bread
  7. Take a surfing lesson
  8. Go to Cork and Chroma (or similar)
  9. Do a Bounce Fit class
  10. Give flowers to at least one person each month
  11. Complete Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain
  12. Go stand up paddleboarding at least twice
  13. Go to as many different markets as possible
  14. Visit GOMA at least once per season
  15. Watch the baby turtles hatch at Mon Repos (suggested by Phoebe)
  16. Be able to pass the Australian Army’s Basic Fitness Assessment
  17. Get back to being able to do the splits
  18. Go to the drive-in movies
  19. Do a Bollywood dancing class
  20. Volunteer
  21. Go camping
  22. Get the malaria test so I can donate blood again
  23. See at least three shows at QPAC
  24. Attend at least one UQ Young Alumni event
  25. Complete a 2,000 piece puzzle
  26. Do a sake bomb
  27. Try a new recipe each month
  28. Make my own flower arrangement
  29. Attend a class at Yo Yoga
  30. Have a barefoot bowls day
  31. Go on three Tinder dates (I’m really not happy with this one so it’s TBC. Thanks Jonno)
  32. Take a makeup workshop
  33. Visit a state in Australia I haven’t been to yet
